The poetics of religious discourse in the lyrics of P. Alyoshina

ABSTRACT
Introduction: the article is devoted to the study of religious discourse, the forms of its artistic embodiment and genre specifics in the works of P. Alyoshina. Based on the material of poetic works created in the Moksha language, the structural features of religious literary
texts are revealed, their compositional and meaningful proximity to canonical prayer is revealed, poetics and national and cultural specifics are analyzed.
Objective: to identify the specifics of the poetics of religious discourse in P. Alyoshina’s lyrics, considered in terms of the genre and stylistic features of poetic prayer and the system of religious images and motifs that form the artistic picture of the author’s world.
Research materials: lyrical works by P. Aleshina.
Results and novelty of the research: the results of the study allow us to conclude that religious discourse in P. Alyoshina’s lyrics is formed at the intersection of many forms of artistic representation, among which poetic prayer occupies a central place. The poet’s
works are based on a two-part compositional model: an appeal to the Almighty, marking a confessional-sacred intonation, is replaced by a statement of the grounds in which the essence of petition or repentance is revealed. At the same time, poetic prayer, while maintaining its
canonical structural basis, adapts to the author’s idea, being filled with new artistic meanings related to national and cultural identity and personal spiritual experience. P. Alyoshina’s appeal to the genre of poetic prayer makes it possible to synthesize the Orthodox tradition
with Mordovian ethnocultural specifics, which opens up new prospects for studying these processes in modern literature. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time in Finno-Ugrian studies, a systematic analysis of the genre-motive
structure of religious discourse in the poet’s work was carried out, the role of poetic prayer as a genre dominant was revealed, and the specifics of the interaction of Christian imagery with the national cultural tradition were determined.
