Documentation of appointment to the post of chaplain (on materials of the Spasskaya Church in the village Sherkalsky of Berezovsky district)

Abstract:The history of the Russian state is inextricably linked with the fate of the Russian Orthodox Church, which was of great importance, still even unconsciously. Orthodox parish Church along with their documents are recognized as objects of cultural heritage. The appointment to the sacred office tserkovnosluzhitelej during the Synodal period (XVIII – beginning of XX centuries) was quite a complicated procedure and execute the whole complex of documents. Personnel records of parish churches still remains poorly understood. Diocesan and parish documents of the North Tobolsk province rarely become the subject of study, including due to the low preservation of materials. Sources on the subject, were the only documents found stavlenniku Berezovsky district – materials Spasskaya Church in the village sherkal’skiy. The aim of the research is the study of such documents ostavlennogo office Tobolsk North in the late nineteenth century as the representation of the diplomas, letters and certificates of award. These documents, for the first time introduced into scientific circulation, considered from the point of view of records management. The conclusion about the source value of the aforesaid documentation: it can be useful in genealogical, documental and research in historical geography, like other Church documents, which preserve the memory of the lives of individuals, families, parishes, dioceses and people, the country as a whole.
