Abstract. The publication presents the results of study of the state of communicative adaptation in patients with three different versions of sensory aphasia, highlighted by the author in his dissertation. Specifi city of desadaptation is determined by the nature of speech disorders, brain mechanisms which vary in the ratio of preservation / disturbance of the secondary and tertiary speech cortex.
