Native languages of indigenous people of Nefteyugansk area of Ugra in the context of sociological researches

Abstract. The most important human rights are related to the native dialect, concerning both his personal language of communication and language of nation. This is the right to use the language in different spheres of life, its preservation and development, the right to transmit it between generations, quality education on the native language, the possibility of study a state language etc. The article generalizes and analyzes the condition of native languages of indigenous small people of the North according to the results of the sociological researches conducted in 2008 and 2012 years on the territory of Nefteyugansk area of Ugra.
