Theoretical foundations of understanding and study of Khanty literature

ABSTRACT
Introduction: the article is devoted to the analysis of the possibilities of study of the theoretical issues on the material of Khanty literature, as one of the means of increasing interest in the national literature, understanding the originality of the world picture and figurative structure.
Objective: to identify aspects of the study of the theory of literature on the material of the works of Khanty authors.
Research materials: research of domestic and foreign scientists on the theory of literature.
Results and novelty of the research: aspects of the study of the theory of literature are based on the appeal to theoretical and literary concepts and categories, on the understanding and identification of the originality of the world picture of Khanty literature, on the peculiar figurative structure of Khanty literature. The scientific novelty is in the fact that for the first time the effectiveness of teaching Khanty literature is directly related to the extent to which the methodology of study of both individual themes and the course of literature as a whole is based on an appeal to theoretical foundations, concepts and categories.
