About pedagogical possibilities for interaction between educational institutions and the Orthodox Church in the village

Abstract. The specificity of rural settlements determines the search for other, than in urban settings, ways of improving the education. At that it is important to take into account and use the potential of more significant social and cultural institutions for residents of the village. The Russian Orthodox Church has a special place in a social life of majority of small or large villages of the Russian Federation. The study of possibilities for cooperation between educational institutions and the Orthodox Church in the village is necessary and advisable in the context of improving the quality of education.
