ABSTRACT
Introduction: the analysis of poetic language is one of the topical directions in study of a literary text, because such approach allows studying it through the prism of language, to perceive the unity and interrelation of form and content, to study the formation of associative images and symbols in women’s poetry. In creation of cross artistic images in the lyric poetry of the Komi poet A. Misharina and the Mordovian poet E. Simdyanova lexical tools play a huge role, allowing conveying to a reader the author’s perception of life, sense of themselves in the world, and the ability to feel the rhythm of life. Lexical units that convey the author’s view of all things perform not only pictorial, but also compositional and stylistic functions in poems, being key words that link the work into a single semantic and stylistic whole.
Objective: to consider in comparative perspective the specificity of use of lexical means creating artistic vividness in modern women’s poetry.
Research materials: the lyrical poems by A. Misharina and E. Simdyanova.
Results and novelty of the research: analysis of the lyrics by A. Misharina and E. Simdyanova allows us to conclude that lexicon plays a huge role in the formation of cross artistic images in the lyrics by A. Misharina and E. Simdyanova, which allow conveying to a reader the author’s perception of life, sense of themselves in the world, and the ability to feel the rhythm of life. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that it first addresses the problem of the formation and evolution of cross artistic images and means of their lexical representation in the lyrics by A. Misharina and E. Simdyanova.
