Abstract:The article presents the results of the sociological research, the purpose of which was the identification of specific in formation of familistical culture of young Mordovian family in villages in conditions of modern family policy, being under the influence of rural society and the national settings of social and cultural cohesion that define the features of youth consciousness, whose dialectical unity of the structural elements forms incentive and motivational force of a young family. The relevance of the study due to the fact that a young family is the point of intersection of the social phenomena and that society has high requirements to a young family as a source of labor and intellectual resources; at the same time, the success of the formation of its familistical culture is a guarantee of preservation and development of a young family. The objects of the study were young families registered with the social services in rural areas of the Republic of Mordovia, who are the most active users of social services and social support provided by social policy, and at the same time who are the most vulnerable ones in the process of self-development and self-improvement as the subjects of the family relationships. The relevance of the problems determined the subject of the research – the family policy of modern Russia as a factor in the formation of familistical culture of a young Mordovian family in villages. The scientific novelty of the research is in the fact that there is the discrepancy between the real effect and declared goals of modern family policy in relation to a young family as the factor determining the value of its familistical culture in the conditions of rural society in the Republic of Mordovia. As a result, it was empirically substantiated that family values have a great importance in the formation and development of familistical culture of a young Mordovian family in villages. These values are priority for modern young Mordovian families in the matter of development of their families and their future as well as the reasons for marrying as prerequisites of successful socialization, initiation to the socio-economic conditions and national traditions. We consider personal relationships between the spouses, parental influence and skills of young spouses to resolve conflicts in a constructive way. The paper presents the evaluation of the young spouses of destination of the family and formed settings of familistical culture, which are indicators of its development in the conditions of modern family policy.
