Abstract.In the article analyzes biographical data by K.D. Nosilov (1858–1923). On based his artistic works, as a historical and ethnographic sources, carried out an analysis way of life of the writer. He was being a native from the rural priests Shadrinsky County, Konstantin Dmitrievich was a famous explorer, geographer, and the researcher of traditional culture of indigenous peoples of the North. In the motives his artistic works and values main role are nature, world of childhood, native live without civilization in the native conditions. It is concluded that the views of the writer are original, complete system, which is based on a religious worldview.
