Integral indicators of psychofunctional state of indigenous peoples of the North with characteristics of the working conditions

Abstract.It was established that psychofunctional opportunities of indigenous minorities due to social factors. A study of work activities among the indigenous population of the northern region showed, that its performance as much as possible is due to microclimatic conditions, among which the main factor – this correspondence wage labor invested. Other factors were compared with wages in other enterprises and the quality of the work equipment. Among the most important factors in job satisfaction were identifi ed style of leadership and ergonomic ((physical conditions of work and rest – the cold, noise, etc.).
