ABSTRACT
Introduction: the work is the first comprehensive study of the poetic creativity of N. Tsilikin, one of the brightest representatives of modern Mordovian poetry, in Finno-Ugric literary studies. It examines the artistic embodiment of the author’s worldview positions, including various forms and means of representing creative thinking – problem and thematic levels, motif and plot blocks, lyrical situations, structural elements, an arsenal of visual and expressive means. The relevance of the stated topic is due to the need for an objective study of the poetic heritage of N. Tsilikin, the identification of the interpretation of the artistic traditions of Mordovian lyrics and innovative elements in the author’s poetry. The analysis of the artist’s poetry of the word presented in the work fills in some gaps in Finno-Ugric literary studies concerning creative portraits of representatives of modern art literature, and also contributes to the theoretical and methodological enrichment of the science of literature.
Objective: to identify the specifics of artistic world modeling in N. Tsilikin’s poetic texts; to determine the forms and means of expression of the author’s position.
Research materials: N. Tsilikin’s poetic texts.
Results and novelty of the research: the research is the first experience of a comprehensive appeal to N. Tsilikin’s poetry, the result of scientific understanding and systematization of the author’s artistic strategies. In the process of analyzing aesthetic and artistic views, the specifics of the author’s world modeling, the article identifies key thematic areas that are repeated at different stages of creative evolution. It is noted that the systematic nature of their actualization is associated with the intensified development, deepening, and creative updating of the thematic blocks favored by the poet. It is also concluded that in the author’s ideological search, it is possible to identify both the successive development of the best traditions of Mordovian lyrics, which manifested itself in the appeal to established poetic complexes, and the individuality of artistic self-expression, reflected in the creative improvement of the artist, the transformation of typical motivic-figurative, structural-compositional, linguistic elements, the reinterpretation of judgments and views of the lyrical hero, deepening the philosophical and lyrical perception of poems.
Key words: modern Mordovian poetry, author’s interpretation, world modeling, poetic image, artistic means, poetry, lyrics, motif
