Personal files of the “lishentsy” (disenfranchised persons) of the Nizhne-Narykarsky Native Council as a historical source

ABSTRACT
Introduction: the article devoted to the phenomenon of disenfranchisement in the 1920s – 1930s. as one of the littlestudied pages of the history of Yugra. The files of the disenfranchised persons are shown as a complex of documents of three types: personal documents of the disenfranchised persons, accompanying documents and documents of election commissions.
Objective: to identify various types of documents of the personal files of the disenfranchised persons and to determine their informational potential.
Research materials: documents of personal files of the disenfranchised persons of the Nizhne-Narykarsky Native Council of the Beryozovsky District of Ostyak-Vogulsk National Okrug.
Results and novelty of the research: the scientific novelty of the work is determined by the characteristics of a set of documents related to the phenomenon of disenfranchisement, an assessment of their features as a source in the context of external and internal criticism, their informative capabilities providing valuable material for the study of social relations, reconstruction of a social portrait of representatives of religious cults and the prosperous part of the rural population of the Nizhne-Sosvinsky Ob region of the late 1920s – the first half of the 1930s. The files of the disenfranchised persons of the Nizhne-Narykarsky Native Council in the context of a source-oriented approach have not previously been the subject of research.
