Cultural frontier in the creative works of modern Mansi authors Ye. Anyamov and T. Bakhtiyarova

ABSTRACT
Introduction: the article considers the problem of interaction between folklore and literature from the point of view of the continuity of oral literature traditions and their transformation in the creative work of novice authors – Ye. Anyamov and T. Bakhtiyarova. These authors are the representatives of the Upper Lozva Mansi, the carriers of a cultural tradition, whose authentic folklore and language still preserve a living existence. In contrast to the experience of their predecessors in native literature, for whom the appeal to the oral and poetic heritage was still due to the activation of the process of returning to
their historical roots, in the works by Ye. Anyamov and T. Bakhtiyarova folklore borrowings have become a “subtle tool” for revealing the laws of the natural world order. Native speech, which is a familiar form of expression and communication, helps them.
Objective: to analyze the specifics of the artistic manifestation of the folklore worldview in the works of modern authors Ye. Anyamov and T. Bakhtiyarova.
Research materials: poetic works by Ye. Anyamov; poetic works and fairy tales by T. Bakhtiyarova.
Results and novelty of the research: in the Mansi literature, which has a history of less than a century, the folklore tradition is one of the leading ones. Writers who created their works at the intersection of two cultural and historical traditions 261 Bulletin of Ugric Studies. Vol. 11, № 2. 2021.
(the national, rooted in the ancient pagan layers of human culture, and the modern literary and written tradition), enriched world literature with a new vision of the world. Their works, based on the knowledge of their native folklore, have their own figurative system and their own creative style.
A new stage in Mansi literature is formed connected with the names of these young authors appealing to the native language and the special borrowing of the folklore heritage. In the continuation of the traditions of Mansi personal songs, the works of the authors captivate the audience not only with their amazing melody, but also with a kind of disclosure of the features of the national world picture, special comprehension of life and death, and the meaning of the ancestral cult.
