Derivational models of the Khanty verb of multiplicative type of plurality of situations in the Khanty language (on the material of the Kazym dialect)

ABSTRACT
Introduction: the article is devoted to the identification of the ways of formation of the multiplicative verbs, as well as varieties of their meanings on the material of the Khanty language. Aspectual meanings are usually expressed by specific forms of the verb or word-formative means. Multiplicativity associated with the quantitative characteristics of the action on the material of the Kazym dialect of the Khanty language is described systematically and exhaustively for the first time
Objective: to determine the word-formative means of multiplicative verbs with the identification of partspeech affiliation and varieties of meanings that they form.
Materials of research: card index of multiplicative verbs of the Kazym dialect of the Khanty language. The card file contains samples of spoken language recorded by informants, examples from folklore texts and bilingual dictionaries.
Results and novelty of the research: the article identifies morphological means of expression of plurality of situations in the Kazym dialect of the Khanty language, varieties of multiplicative meanings and part-speech affiliation. The article for the first time describes the word-formation models of multiplicative verbs of the Kazym dialect of the Khanty language. The analysis of multiplicative verbs showed that this subsystem has three varieties: standard multiplicative set, alternative and duplicative meanings. The partial belonging of these verbs is revealed and the set of suffixes involved in the formation of multiplicative type of plurality of situations is clarified. A comprehensive study of this layer of vocabulary is carried out for the first time.
