ABSTRACT
Introduction: the subject of analysis in the article is the image of the Beloved realized in the prose of Eremey Danilovich Aipin.
Objective: to consider the role of the image of the Beloved in literary texts of the Khanty writer.
Research materials: works of the Khanty writer Eremey Danilovich Aipin. Holistic and fragmentary analysis of the text was used as methods.
Results and novelty of the research: the relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the image of the Beloved and its functional yield in the literary texts of E.D. Aipin had never been the object of research in the Khanty literature criticism. It is revealed that the writer creates the image of the Beloved through emotionallysensual
perception of the lover. E.D. Aipin creates the image of a woman with a minimum portrait features. The image of a woman in prose of E.D. Aipin subjects to change at different stages of the creative work of the Khanty writer. In early work the author presents the image of the Beloved and later the image of a woman in love. The presence of the image of the Beloved allows speaking about a new vector of development of the Khanty literature, particularly of lyrical prose.
