Abstract.The offered article presents the author’s point of view on some topical issues of infants’ care; particularly, on the ambiguously treated issues of diapering and breastfeeding period. From psychological and neuropsychological position, the author demonstrates the necessity of diapering and advisability of traditional limitation of breastfeeding period. The author emphasizes the seriousness of immediate and long-term effects of adults’ wrong actions towards the child.
