ABSTRACT
Introduction: the article is devoted to the study of the national uniqueness of Mordovian women’s lyrics. The subject of the study is the specificity of the representation of the ethnic picture of the world in the works of modern poets.
Objective: to reveal the features of reflection of the national picture of the world in poems by women-authors.
Research materials: poems by R. Orlova, L. Ryabova, M. Slugina.
Results and novelty of the research: the concept of the work is based on the position that the artistic picture of the world is based on the worldview of the creative subject (emotional and intuitive perception of reality), inherent ideas about the surrounding world reflected through archetypes, images, concepts, symbols. It plays a role in formation and transmission of spiritual and moral values in society, it becomes a criterion of the aesthetic significance of a work. Individual uniqueness, irrefutable authenticity of the national picture of the world in lyrics in the lyrics of Mordovian women-authors are revealed at different text levels – motif and imaginative, thematic, chronotopic, and stylistic. Poets actively develop the theme of the small homeland semantically related to the archetypal images of the parental home, mother, and the topos “childhood”. The images of historical figures assimilated into the structure of poetic texts are intended to revive the national and historical experience, reflect the existential semantic context. The mythological motif and imaginative cluster conveys the features of the religious worldview of the Erzya and Moksha peoples, their moral principles and value sphere. It contributes to the creation of a timeless context. Stylistically poems on this theme are related to folk poetry, in particular to ritual song tradition. By means of spatial markers the natural environment and chronotope of a village are reconstructed; poetic homonyms help to reflect the specific geographical reality and the contemporary socio-cultural situation. The scientific novelty of the article is determined by the fact that Mordovian women’s lyrics in the context of the national picture of the world for the first time become the object of special research.
