Abstract. The article deals with the most actual problems of youth (according to the results of sociological survey), and also analyses the views of respondents concerning the youth policy in Ugra. According to the official definitions, the youth policy should take a priority place in state policy. The opinion of the youth can estimate the work and
effectiveness of the passed laws, programs directed to the successful socialization of young generation.
