Perfection of training of the future teachers in the context of multicultural education of children preschool age

Abstract.The specifi c of the modern socio-cultural and educational situation consists in that powerful streams migrants signifi cantly altered the ethnic composition of Russia. In the many cities of Russian Federation doesn’t have educational institutions with an ethnically uniform composition of children. In these circumstances, the problem of fi nding updated effective ways to implement multicultural education, which contributes to the satisfaction cultural and spiritual needs of the subjects of a multicultural society. The article presents the problem of improving the professional competence of future teachers, and also the necessity of purposeful work on the preparation of future teachers to the formation of a multicultural identity in the conditions of preschool educational organizations.
