The style of pedagogical activity of the teacher as a factor of forming of educational motivation among the junior schoolchildren

Abstract. The article presents the empirical research of the features of the educational motivation forming of junior schoolchildren at different styles of teacher’s pedagogical activity. The results show that in the democratic style to a greater extent training motives are more developed, in the authoritarian - social motives, in the liberal - training and social motives are dominant, but less pronounced than in other styles. The article shows the advantage of the democratic style of leadership in the formation of cognitive motivation of schoolchildren.
