Estimation of daily food ration of children and teenagers, living in Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous okrug

Abstract. 112 children and teenagers 7–17 years old, living in Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous okrug (KHMAO) were examined: 68 children and teenagers with normal body weight and 44 – with excess bodyweight and obesity. Real food rations are investigated with a special program «ASPON-nutrition». It is established, that the food rations of examined persons affected by excess body weightand obesity are characterized by considerable excess of energy intake from food and also intake of lipids, cholesterol, carbohydrates, monosaccharide on the back of defi cit of vitamins A and E, zinc, iodine, and chromium. Thus, the food ration of this group of persons hasa strong atherogenic direction.
